Kathleen Mackey has
been in the restaurant industry for thirty years. Since moving to Atlanta
in the early 1980's, she has worked in several family run and owned
restaurants honing her cooking skills and sharpening her knowledge of
food, wine and coffee. One restaurant in particular, Manuel's Tavern,
was her biggest and proudest endeavor. While there Kathleen rewrote
the menu and maintained dessert and daily special repertoires that pleased
the midtown masses. Because of her success there, Kathleen was featured
in the Atlanta Journal Constitution for her hard work and great food.
What pleases her most lately is putting her time and effort into this
catering business and she hopes that someday soon you will make Kathleen's
Cuisine your cuisine.
